If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Symbolic Cards, please contact us via email 15 days from the date you receive it for further instructions on how to process your return. The cards must be returned in the same packaging and condition they were received. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs. Unfortunately, all customized items cannot be returned, unless we determine that Philias is responsible for spelling or punctuation errors.
